                                  i-Tune shows this device isn't eligible for the requested build.
                               

• Most of the time anti-viruses or firewall is protecting/blocking updates from the firmware. Disable your firewall protection temporarily and re-try to update the system.

•  And maybe you are trying a jail-breaked phone to update.
